Q. ACCEPT THE SUPPLEMENTAL LAW ENFORCEMENT\nSERVICES ACCOUNT (SLESA) GRANT FROM THE STATE\nOF CALIFORNIA AND APPROVE AN EXPENDITURE PLAN\nAND APPROPRIATION\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the State of California Supplemental Enforcement\nServices Account Grant (SLESA) and Expenditure Plan.\n2. Direct the Director of Finance/City Treasurer to fund the\nappropriation.\n3.
