8) Independent Contractor Agreement for Instruction with National Junior\nBasketball League\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement/contract with\nNational Junior Basketball League in an amount not to exceed $60,000 for basketball\nleague, practices, games, and instruction in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not exceeding a\n10% contingency of $6,000 for uncertainties and adjustments.
