Approve Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. A9374 with Airwave Communications\nEnterprises Inc., to provide PSEC compatible radios and installation services for the\nCity of Palm Springs Fire Department in an amount not to exceed $149,926.59.\n2. Authorize the Interim City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
