12. City of El Cajon Annual Sewer Charges Report for Fiscal Year\n2024-2025\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;\n2. Closes the Public Hearing;\n3. Determines if a majority protest has been received; and (if\nnot)\n4. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\nDetermine the lack of majority protest;\nOverrule objections to the report;\nAccept the City of El Cajon Annual Sewer Charges Fiscal\nYear 2024-2025 Report;\nAccept Appendix B, which identifies by parcel number,\neach parcel of real property receiving sewer services,\nand the amount of sewer charges for each parcel for\nFiscal Year 2024-2025 at the currently adopted rates, as\nrequired by the California Health and Safety Code\nsection 5473, et seq., pertaining to collection\nof sewer charges on the tax roll;\nDirect the City Clerk to file the reports with the San Diego\nCounty Auditor; and\nDirect the Finance Department to file a certification of the\nsewer service charges with the San Diego County\nAuditor.
