13. Issuance of Tax-Exempt Revenue Bonds for La Maestra Family\nClinic, Inc. by the California Municipal Finance Authority\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Conducts the Tax and Equity Fiscal Responsibilities Act\n("TEFRA") public hearing in consideration of the issuance of\ntax-exempt revenue bond financing by the California\nMunicipal Finance Authority for the benefit of La Maestra\nFamily Clinic, Inc., to provide for the acquisition and\nrenovation of several buildings at 1242-1248 East Main\nStreet, El Cajon, California, for the development of a new\nheath clinic; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, approving the issuance\nof Bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority not to\nexceed $15,000,000 for the benefit of La Maestra Family\nClinic, Inc., to provide for the acquisition and renovation of\nseveral buildings at 1242-1248 East Main Street, El Cajon,\nCalifornia, for the development of a new heathcare clinic.\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS:
