14.a APPROVE SAN PABLO PHASE II ROUNDABOUT ARTWORK ON SAN 917\nPABLO AVE AND EAST ENTRANCE TO COLLEGE OF THE DESERT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Agreement, in substantial form, for design, engineering,\nfabrication, and delivery of the sculpture titled Dueling Palms as\nproposed by artist Kyle Absolom in an amount not to exceed\n$169,500.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract for Dueling\nPalms, subject to review by the City attorney, and all other\ndocuments related to the installation of artwork.\n10\nCity Council Meeting
