2.S. ACCEPT AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR PUBLIC STREET\nAND SIDEWALK PURPOSES ALONG THE NEMO STREET\nFRONTAGE OF THE TOWNHOMES ON NEMO, LLC DEVELOPMENT\nPROJECT AT 9061/9065 NEMO STREET [H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider accepting an easement and\nright of way for street and sidewalk purposes along the Nemo Street\nfrontage of the Townhomes on Nemo, LLC development project located at\n9061/9065 Nemo Street.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC\nSIDEWALK AND PARKWAY PURPOSES AT 9061/9065 NEMO STREET\nIN THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD”; and 2) Direct the City Clerk to\nsubmit a certified copy of the Resolution as well as the Easement in\nExhibit A of Attachment A for recordation by the office of the Recorder of\nthe County of Los Angeles.
