3.A. COLLECTION OF SEWER CHARGES ON THE TAX ROLL FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2024-2025 [H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider\nwhether to collect the annual FY 2024-25 sewer service charges on the\nproperty tax roll.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Hold the public hearing on whether to collect\nthe annual sewer service charges on the property tax roll by the County of\nLos Angeles; 2) If no majority protest is filed, adopt Resolution No. 24-\n_______: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nWEST HOLLYWOOD ADOPTING THE REPORT PROPOSING TO HAVE\nSEWER CHARGES COLLECTED ON THE TAX ROLL FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2024-25 AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY TO\nFILE SAID REPORT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY AUDITOR TO\nPLACE SAID CHARGES ON THE TAX ROLL”; and 3) Direct the City\nClerk to request Los Angeles County Auditor-Controller to place the\ncharges on the FY 2024-25 Property Tax Roll.
