Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating Budget by Appropriating $550,000 from the\nRefuse Administration Fund Balance to Allow for the Purchase and Installation of\nAdditional New Citywide Street Sweeping Signs\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-109 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nOPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $550,000 FROM THE REFUSE\nADMINISTRATION FUND BALANCE TO ALLOW FOR THE PURCHASE AND\nINSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL NEW CITYWIDE STREET SWEEPING SIGNS\n2) Award a purchase order to Safety Network Traffic Signs, Inc. in the amount of\n$350,000 for the purchase of new Citywide street sweeping signs.
