The Project proposes a maximum enrollment of 552 students and will provide 49\nparking spaces.\nREQUESTED ACTIONS:\n1. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15074(b), after consideration of the whole of the administrative\nrecord, including the Mitigated Negative Declaration, No. ENV-2022-5866-MND, and all comments\nreceived, with the imposition of mitigation measures, there is no substantial evidence that the Project\nwill have a significant effect on the environment;\n2. Pursuant to Section 12.24 U.24 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC), a Conditional Use to\npermit a public charter elementary school in the RA-1 Zone; and\n3.
