Item No. 27. 2024-0605 CONSIDER RECORDIN G A “NOTICE OF\nEXEMPTION” IN THE OFFICE OF THE LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY CLERK AND WITH THE STATE CLEARING\nHOUSE FOR PROJECT NO. 1368 (CARRIAGE CREST\nPARK IMPROVEMENT), PURSUANT TO SECTIONS\n15303, 15304, AND 15061 OF THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT GUIDELINES (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AUTHORIZE staff to advertise the work and call for construction\nbids for Project No. 1368: Carriage Crest Park Improvement.\n2. MAKE the California Environmental Quality Act finding that the\nproposed Carriage Crest Park Improvement is categorically\nexempt pursuant to Sections 15303, 15304 and 15061 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act guidelines.\n3. AUTHORIZE staff to record the "Notice of Exemption" in the\noffice of the Los Angeles County Clerk and with the State Clearing\nHouse at the Governor's Office of Planning and Research for\nProject No. 1368: Carriage Crest Park Improvement.\nAttachments: Exhibit No. 1 Concept Plan\nExhibit No. 2 Notice of Exemption
