Item No. 26. 2024-0603 CONSIDER APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,\nAND ESTIMATES AND RECORDING A "NOTICE OF\nEXEMPTION" IN THE OFFICE OF LOS ANGELES\nCOUNTY CLERK AND WITH THE STATE CLEARING\nHOUSE FOR PROJECT 1632 (COMMUNITY CENTER\nCOILING WALL), PURSUANT TO SECTION 15301 OF\nTHE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nGUIDELINES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE the plans, specification, & estimates, and order the\nwork for Project No. 1632: Community Center Coiling Wall.\n2. AUTHORIZE staff to advertise the work and call for construction\nbids for Project No. 1632: Community Center Coiling Wall.\n3. MAKE the California Environmental Quality Act finding that the\nproposed City Hall Bathroom and Breakroom Renovations are\ncategorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act guidelines.\n4.
