Item No. 30. 2024-0619 CONSIDER APPROVING A CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH GRAFFITI PROTECTIVE\nCOATINGS, INC. (GPC) FOR GRAFFITI REMOVAL\nSERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD a Contract Services Agreement to Graffiti Protective\nCoatings, Inc. (GPC) in a total amount not-to-exceed $129,600.00\nfor Graffiti Removal Services for a one-year term with the option to\nextend for two additional one-year terms at the City's option.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute a Contract Services\nAgreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\n3. APPROVE Side Letter Agreement with American Federation of\nState, County and Municipal Employees Union ("AFSCME"),\nCouncil 36, Local 809.\n4.
