F. Notice of Completion Seal Beach Boulevard Traffic Signal\nSynchronization, CIP ST2109 - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7377: 1. Accepting the Seal Beach Boulevard Traffic Signal Synchronization,\nCIP ST2109, by Crosstown Electrical and Data, Inc., in the amount of\n$246,646; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of Completion” with\nthe Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15) days from the date of\nacceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35) days after recordation of\nthe Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.
