23. 24-54041 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP ED 24-365 and award contracts\nto Commune Communication Corp, of Long Beach, CA, and Black Dog Designs\nLLC, of Glens Falls, NY, for the creation of Neighborhood Marketplace Profiles to\nmarket and attract business and investment to diverse neighborhoods across Long\nBeach, in a total aggregate amount not to exceed $150,000, for a period of one\nyear, with the option to renew for one additional one-year period, at the discretion\nof the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments.
