25. 24-54043 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments, with Majestic Fire, Inc., dba Kord Fire Protection, of\nSherman Oaks, CA, for providing fire extinguishers and maintenance services, on\nthe same terms and conditions afforded to the County of Orange, CA, in an annual\namount of $200,000, and authorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount of\n$40,000, for a total annual amount not to exceed $240,000, until the County of\nOrange, CA, contract expires on November 15, 2028, with the option to renew for\nas long as the County of Orange, CA, contract is in effect, at the discretion of the\nCity Manager.
