As reported by the CDC and the Los Angeles\nCounty Department of Public Health, the predominant COVID-19 sub-variants remain prevalent and\nhave higher transmissibility with the ability to reinfect those who were infected with other variants.\nIn accordance with AB 36, this Board has reconsidered the circumstances of the State of Emergency\nand determined that it continues to directly impact the ability of members and the public to meet\nsafely in person.
