ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FY 2021-2022 – F2M21-17,\nM2M23-19\nStaff wishes to submit to the City Council the following reports for the year ended June\n30, 2022: City of Alhambra - Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR);\nManagement Report and Auditor’s Communication Letter; and Appropriations Limit\nWorksheet with Independent Accountants’ Report. Based on the results of their audit,\nMoss, Levy, & Hartzheim, LLP has provided the City with an unmodified opinion on the\nCity’s annual financial statements and has issued various Auditors’ Reports thereon.\nRecommended Action: City Council receive and file the annual audit reports for the\nyear ended June 30, 2022: 1) City of Alhambra – Annual Comprehensive Financial Report;\n2) Management Report and Auditor’s Communication Letter; and, 3) Appropriations Limit\nWorksheet with Independent Accountants’ Report.
