Security Substitution for Tract Map Nos. 14132-1 through 3\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Enter into a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (SIA) with Richmond\nAmerican Homes of Maryland, Inc., for Tracts 14132-1 through 3;\n(2) Accept new securities for the required public improvements for Tracts 14132-1\nthrough 3;\n(3) Release the existing Lien Agreement with Victory Development, Inc., for Tract\nNo. 14132-1;\n(4) Release the existing Lien Agreement with Victory Development, Inc., for Tract\nNo. 14132-2; and\n(5) Release the existing Lien Agreement with Victory Development, Inc., for Tract\nNo. 14132-3.
