9. ALLEY DEDICATION: 1515 S. 8th STREET – F2M23-8, M2M23-22, D2M23-2028\nStaff requests that the City Council accept an alley dedication for the project located at\n1515 S. 8th Street. As part of the approval for the project located at the aforementioned\naddress, a 2.5-foot dedication of property adjacent to the existing alley was required. The\nsketch and legal description have been completed and been reviewed and approved by\nthe City Engineer.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Minute Order No. M2M23-22 as follows:\nRESOLVED by the Alhambra City Council as follows: This Council hereby\naccepts that certain Easement (Deed No. D2M23-2028) from Charles C.\nTzeng and Karen S. Tzeng as Trustees of The Tzeng Family Trust granting\nto the City of Alhambra an easement for public streets and highways and\npublic utility purposes and appurtenant facilities the real property in the City\nof Alhambra, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly\ndescribed as follows:\n5\n2-27-23\nA portion of Lot 82 of Tract No. 4704, in the City of Alhambra,\nCounty of Los Angeles, State of California, as per Map\nrecorded in Book 50 Page 45 of Maps, in the Office of the\nCounty Recorder of said County. Said portion being more\nparticularly described as follows: The westerly 2.50 feet of said\nLot 82 containing 125 sq. ft. more or less.\nand, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
