Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nConduct the public hearing, adopt resolution A) establishing Community Facilities District 2024-1 (Citrus Bay); B) determining necessity to\nincur bonded indebtedness; C) calling an election relating to the levy of a special tax, and then conduct an election; D) declaring the results\nof said election; and E) place an ordinance on first reading relating to the levy of a special tax within Community Facilities District No. 2024-\n1 (Citrus Bay) (First Reading); and F) adopt a resolution approving acquisition-financing agreement.
