The property-based business improvement district also includes one block\non F Street where the City of Chula Vista central library and police station are located.\nDepartment: Economic Development\nG.C. § 84308: No\nEnvironmental Notice: The activity is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State\nGuidelines. Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3), no environmental review is required.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution approving the 2024 Annual Report for the Downtown Chula Vista Property-Based Improvement District.
