B. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENT\nREQUEST FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS\nFROM BURRTEC WASTE INDUSTRIES, INC.\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council open the public hearing and take\nany public testimony; and\n2. Following the public hearing, staff recommends that the City Council\napprove the annual rate adjustment for all residential and commercial\ncustomers serviced by Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. per section 17.8 of the\nSolid Waste Franchise Agreement between the City and Burrtec Waste\nIndustries, Inc. and as outlined in Exhibit B of the staff report; and\n3. Approve the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement between the City and\nBurrtec Waste Industries, Inc.
