Westminster Animal Group and Services (“WAGS”) Animal Shelter\nServices Amendment - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7550: 1.\nApproving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Service Agreement with\nWestminster Animal Group and Services (“WAGS”) dated June 26, 2023, to\nprovide animal shelter and emergency veterinary care services for\ncompensation in the not-to-exceed amount of $163,000 for the second year of\nthe Term extending from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and, 2.\nAuthorizing and directing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Agreement; and, 3. Approving Budget Amendment BA #25-01-02 to\nincrease expenditures in the amount of $36,000 for the second year of the\nTerm.\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR\nPUBLIC HEARING
