Approving Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement dated\nJuly 22, 2019, with EXP U.S. Services, Inc., extending the term of the\nAgreement through and including June 30, 2025; and, 2. Authorizing and\ndirecting the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement on behalf of the City.
