Conduct a public hearing to receive\ninput and consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation to approve\nOrdinance 1712, adopting Zone Text Amendment 24-01; and, 2. Introduce,\nwaive full reading, and read by title only, Ordinance 1712, amending portions\nof Title 11 of the Seal Beach Municipal Code pertaining to residential\ndevelopment standards, commercial land use regulation, commercial\ndevelopment standards, off-street parking requirements, and shared parking\nagreements and finding the Ordinance exempt from CEQA.
