F. Approval to Submit a Grant Application to the California Coastal\nCommission for Development of a Local Coastal Program - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7545: 1. Approving an amended application for\ngrant funds related to the California Coastal Commission Local Coastal\nProgram Planning Grant to complete a Local Coastal Program for the City of\nSeal Beach; and, 2. Directing staff to execute all necessary documents to\nreceive and utilize the grant funding; and, 3. Approving Budget Amendment\n#25-01-01 to increase revenues and expenditures in equal amounts of up to\n$500,000.
