Item 201: Consideration of a Ballot Measure Proposed by the San Diego Unified School\nDistrict for the November 2024 Election to Amend the City Charter Regarding the\nElection Process for Members of the Board of Education.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThere is a cost associated with placing ballot measures on the November 2024 ballot,\nwhich will be addressed when individual measures are considered by the full City\nCouncil. The City Clerk can advise the Council on this matter at the time the measures are\nconsidered by the full Council.
