4H. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH AXON ENTERPRISE, INC. FOR\nTHE PURCHASE OF TEN (10) ADDITIONAL POLICE BODY-WORN CAMERAS\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute a 34-month agreement to purchase ten\n(10) additional police body-worn cameras. Costs will be funded by the General\nFund reserves.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement\nwith Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the purchase of ten (10) additional police body-\nworn cameras (BWC) with associated hardware, software, data, and\nevidence storage for a total 34-month cost of $45,531.58; 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the agreement; and 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk\nto execute the agreement.
