7. AUTHORIZE RFP: PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE SEWER\nSYSTEM FLOW MONITORING AND CAPACITY ANALYSIS STUDY – F2M23-27,\nRFP2M23-4\nThe Consent Judgement entered into with the Regional Water Quality Board states that\nthe City shall complete a Sewer System Flow Monitoring and Capacity Analysis Study by\nJanuary 2025. The study is to include areas where Capital Improvement Projects have\nbeen completed based on the Sewer Master Plan and the Consent Judgement. The\nUtilities Department has completed all Capital Improvement Projects required under the\nConsent Judgement and is now requesting approval of the distribution of a Request for\nProposals for Professional Engineering Services to conduct a Sewer System Flow\nMonitoring and Capacity Analysis Study.\nRecommended Action: City Council approve the distribution of a Request for\nProposals for Professional Engineering Services for a Sewer System Flow Monitoring and\nCapacity Analysis Study.
