1. COMMENDATIONS: K9 OFFICER SERGIO LLAMAS AND HIS PARTNER OTIS –\nF2M23-3\nMayor Andrade-Stadler and the Alhambra City Council, on behalf of the citizens of\nAlhambra, wish to commend and thank Alhambra Police K9 Officer Sergio Llamas and his\npartner, Otis, for their outstanding and dedicated service that led to an arrest on November\n17, 2022. During a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation, K9 Otis alerted officers to a\nfalse fire extinguisher in the vehicle which held approximately 50,000 fentanyl pills. The\nCity of Alhambra is proud of the Alhambra Police Department K9 Unit for their diligent\ntraining and service to our community. Mayor Andrade-Stadler will present\ncommendations to K9 Officer Llamas and K9 Otis.\nPUBLIC HEARING
