Revised 2024-2025 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Project List for\nSenate Bill 1, The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017\nRecommendation/s:\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-__, declaring an intention to amend Resolution No. 24-22,\napproving Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) Revised Proposed Project List Form, and allocating funds in\nthe fiscal year 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Budget to clarify Road Maintenance and\nRehabilitation Account (RMRA) funded projects.\nOn May 28, 2024, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 24-22 approving the fiscal year\n2024-2025 SB 1 Proposed Project List form and allocation of funds in the Capital\nImprovements Budget. The projects included the 2025 PMP – Road Rehabilitation Project\n(CP12ST056), Street Sweeping Maintenance (CP12ST057), and Streets and Roadway\nMaintenance and Repairs (12ST058) on the proposed project list.
