Approves the Subdivision Agreements for Public/Private Improvements for Final\nMap (No. 2023-0009), 1369 East Main Street, Engineering Job No. 3818;\n2. Authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreements and related\ndocumentation; and\n3. Authorizes the City Clerk to release bonds after completion of improvements.
