6. 2023 State Homeland Security Grant Program Funding\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, authorizing the City\nManager or designee to accept, appropriate, and expend the FY 2023 State Homeland\nSecurity Grant (SHSG23) funds in the amount of $60,910, and to execute any grant\ndocuments and agreements necessary for the receipt and use of these funds.
