The Blueprint SD\nInitiative would amend the General Plan to reflect an updated Citywide land use and\npolicy framework designed around the 2050 regional transportation network to promote\nreductions in per capita greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and vehicle miles traveled\n(VMT). A Program Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2021070359) was prepared\nfor the prepared for Blueprint SD Initiative, University Community Plan Update, and the\nHillcrest Focused Plan Amendment, and will be considered by the Council with this item.\nSubitem-A: (R-2025-8)\nResolution Certifying Environmental Impact Report SCH.
