Professional Consulting Services Agreement with TAMJAC LLC. for\nCommunity Development Grant Support Services.\nRecommendation: To approve an agreement with TAMJAC LLC. in the amount\nnot-to-exceed $35,000 for the administration of the City's\nCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program,\nincluding the administration of the fiscal year (FY) 2024-\n2025 CDBG Annual Action Plan (AAP) and the preparation\nof the City’s FY 2023-2024 Consolidated Annual\nPerformance Evaluation Report (CAPER) and the FY 2025-\n2026 AAP necessary to maintain compliance with the\nprogram; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement.
