Approval of License Agreement with the Coachella Valley Association of\nGovernments (CVAG) for the construction, maintenance and operation of\nportions of the CV Link facility on City-owned properties.\nRecommendation: To approve a license agreement between the City and the\nCoachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) for\nthe construction, maintenance and operation of portions of\nthe CV Link project on City-owned properties, identified as\nAssessor Parcels Nos 687-480-007, 008, 018, and 674-020-\n051, 053; and authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to\nexecute the license agreement on behalf of the City.
