Approve Contract Services Agreement 24B164 with Budget Holdings, Inc. dba Solar\nArt to provide window film installation services in an amount not to exceed $660,000\nfor the initial one-year term beginning August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025, with\ntwo one-year extension options at the City’s sole discretion; and\n2.
