F. APPROVAL OF THREE (3) PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH\nALBERT A. WEBB ASSOCIATES, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, KIMLEY-HORN\nAND ASSOCIATES, INC., A NORTH CAROLINA CORPORATION, AND TJKM, A\nCALIFORNIA CORPORATION, FOR ON-CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement with Albert A. Webb Associates, a\nCalifornia corporation, to provide “on-call” Traffic Engineering services for an initial\nthree (3) year term, subject to two (2) additional one (1) year extensions approved at\nthe discretion of the City Manager for an amount not to exceed $5,000,000; and\n2. Approve Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., a\nNorth Carolina corporation, to provide “on-call” Traffic Engineering services for an\ninitial three (3) year term, subject to two (2) additional one (1) year extensions\napproved at the discretion of the City Manager for an amount not to exceed\n$5,000,000; an\n3. Approve Professional Services Agreement with TJKM, a California corporation, to\nprovide “on-call” Traffic Engineering services for an initial three (3) year term, subject\nto two (2) additional one (1) year extensions approved at the discretion of the City\nManager for an amount not to exceed $5,000,000; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary Agreements and\nexecute all task orders that fall under the Agreement value.\nClick to View
