R. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT A8865\nWITH ST. FRANCIS ELECTRIC, LLC, FOR ON-CALL TRAFFIC SIGNAL\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE REMAINDER OF THEIR CONTRACT THROUGH\nJUNE 30, 2026\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Contract Services Agreement No. 8865 with St.\nFrancis Electric, LLC, increasing the maximum annual contract amount by $200,000\nfor Traffic Signal Maintenance Services for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 and Fiscal Year\n2025-2026;\n2.
