U. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO.\nA9391 WITH MEAD & HUNT, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES\nFOR THE PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT COMPREHENSIVE AIRPORT\nMASTER PLAN\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract Services Agreement No. A9391 with Mead &\nHunt, Inc. to extend the schedule for professional consulting services for the Palm\nSprings International Airport Comprehensive Airport Master Plan to a completion\ndate of July 30, 2026, for an additional amount of $376,340 and not to exceed\n$2,709,476.\n2. Appropriate $376,340 from the Airport Capital Project Fund 416 to Airport Account\n4167065-80000 in Fiscal Year 2024-25.\n3.
