F. CONSIDERATION OF A PUBLIC HIGHWAY AT-GRADE CROSSING\nAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY AND UNION\nPACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY COVERING THE IMPROVEMENTS\nOF THE 28TH STREET AND THE AGUA MANSA ROAD AT-GRADE\nPUBLIC ROAD CROSSING AREA\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and Union Pacific Railroad Company covering\nthe improvements of 28th Street at-grade public road crossing and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the Agreement in substantially the form and\nformat attached to the staff report as approved by the City Attorney.\n2. That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Union Pacific Railroad Company covering the reconstruction of\nthe Agua Mansa Road at-grade public road crossing and authorize the City\nManager to execute the Agreement in substantially the form and format\nattached to the staff report as approved by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize the Finance Director to make any necessary budget adjustments.
