12. Rejection of Proposals for Video Management System The City posted formal requests for\nproposals to implement a video management system with multiple remote location\ncameras. Four proposals were received, none of which met the needs requested by the City.\nRecommendation: That the City Council reject all proposals for the Video Management System\nRequest for Proposal process and approve the re-solicitation of proposals for a modified\nproposal to include a video management system and access control system.
