2.L. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR CITYWIDE STREET\nSWEEPING SERVICES [H. COLLINS, H. COLLINS, E. HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Agreement with SCA of CA, LLC dba CleanStreet, LLC to provide\ncitywide street sweeping services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nwith SCA of CA, LLC dba CleanStreet, LLC to provide citywide street\nsweeping services for an increased amount of $1,595,991.57 and a new\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $3,386,612.67; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
