FARRIS, M.\nMONTENEGRO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of an Agreement for\nServices with Sasaki Associates Inc. to assist in analyzing, developing,\nand recommending updates to citywide development standards and bonus\nincentive programs, significant components of the implementation of the\n6th Cycle Housing Element. This item is not subject to CEQA.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Agreement for Services with\nSasaki Associates Inc. for $763,030 with an expiration date of June 30,\n2026; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to sign and execute\nall documents related to this Agreement.
