Consideration and possible action to approve a restated license agreement\nbetween the City and Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership for continued\noperation of a wireless telecommunications facility at the Ken Dyda Civic\nCenter. (City Attorney’s Office)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve a restated license agreement between the City\nand Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership (DBA Verizon Wireless) for\nmaintenance, minor upgrades, and continued operation of a wireless\ntelecommunications facility at the Ken Dyda Civic Center located at 30940\nHawthorne Boulevard; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute\nthe License Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
