Consideration and possible action to receive a report from Southern California\nEdison (SCE) providing a status update on the frequency of power outages\nand long-term measures to mitigate frequent and prolonged power outages in\nthe Grandview Estates neighborhood. (Jun) (60 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Receive and file a status report from Southern\nCalifornia Edison (SCE) regarding power outages and mitigation measures in\nthe Grandview Estates neighborhood; and, 2) If deemed acceptable, consider\nSCE's request to provide a detailed progress report regarding power outages\nand mitigation measures in the Grandview Estates Neighborhood to the City\nCouncil in August 2025 with monthly updates to the City Manager.\nAgenda Report
