Item No. 23. 2024-0680 CONSIDER APPROVING A PURCHASE AND\nSERVICE AGREEMENT WITH JOHNSON CONTROLS,\nINC., TO PURCHASE AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM\nMATERIALS FOR PROJECT NO. 1731: CITY HALL\nBASEMENT /EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER\nRENOVATION (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Purchase and Services\nAgreement with Johnson Controls to purchase the specialized\nmaterials required for the Emergency Operations Center - Audio\nVisual Systems and provide five-year of equipment services in the\namount not to exceed $1,022,321.75; and\n2.
