APPROVE Settlement Agreement and Participation Form for\nthe City's participation in the National Opioid Settlement\nAgreement with Kroger Co.\n2. APPROVE the California State-Subdivision Agreement\nRegarding Distribution and Use of Settlement Funds relating to the\nNational Opioid Settlement Agreement with Kroger Co.\n3.
