Item No. 30. 2024-0571 CONSIDER AWARDING A THREE-YEAR CONTRACT\nTO WEST COAST ARBORISTS (WCA) FOR TREE\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD OF\nOCTOBER 1, 2024 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2027\n(CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD a three-year Contract Services Agreement to West\nCoast Arborists, Inc. (WCA) in a total amount not-to-exceed\n$2,700,000.00 for tree maintenance services for the period of\nOctober 1, 2024, through September 30, 2027, with the option to\nextend for two additional one-year terms.\n2.
